Warranty & Returns

Limited Warranty Policy  |  Return Authorization (RA) Request Form

If you have an Ion product that requires a repair you will need to fill out a Return Authorization (RA) Request Form.

All products returned for repair must have a RA number. To obtain this number either fax a completed RA Number Request Form to Ion at (866)383-4652 or send an email to

Any RA Number Request Form sent via fax or email will receive an acknowledgement within 1 day after receipt.


The following information is required for RA Number Requests:

Product Information - Include the product part number, serial number, date code, and reason for return. If you cannot determine any of this information, please have the product with you or near you when you call to receive your RA Number.

Incomplete information will delay the RA Number issuing process


Returned products must be carefully packed, with the RA number clearly written on outside of package, and returned freight pre-paid to:
