Warranty & Returns
Limited Warranty Policy | Return Authorization (RA) Request Form
If you have an Ion product that requires a repair you will need to fill out a Return Authorization (RA) Request Form.
All products returned for repair must have an RA number. To obtain this number either fax a completed RA Number Request Form to Ion at (800) 727-4041 or send an email to ra@ionsecurityproducts.com.
Any RA Number Request Form sent via fax or email will receive an acknowledgment within 1 day after receipt.
The following information is required for RA Number Requests:
Company Information
Product Information - Include the product part number, serial number, date code, and reason for return. If you cannot determine any of this information, please have the product with you or near you when you call to receive your RA Number.
Incomplete information will delay the RA Number issuing process
Returned products must be carefully packed, with the RA number clearly written on outside of package, and returned freight pre-paid to:

Please obtain an RA Number before returning a package to Ion. Ion will not accept any package for repair that does not have an RA Number.
